The deadline for exchanges or returns is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event that the responsibility for the exchange or return falls on our store, either by defect/defect of the product or by an error on our part, we ask you to contact our customer service via email, and we will proceed to the collection. the additional merchandise at our expense.
The following cases are the responsibility of the customer:
Change of sizes or product.
Error on the part of the customer.

RETURN ADDRESS
Return addresses will be provided when contacting customer service, as different products may be shipped from different warehouses.
REFUND
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made. Once the refund is authorized and after agreement between the customer and the store, the process will be completed within 5 – 7 working days.
