Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase our products. When you place an order with us (which is your offer to purchase products), you do so in accordance with these terms and conditions, subject to our acceptance of your order. We shall be entitled to refuse to accept any order for goods placed.
Our acceptance is indicated by sending you an order confirmation email. Only once we have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between icerings.us and you.
If, for any reason, we do not accept your order, any sums paid by you in respect of that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

Goods, prices and availability

If the message displayed for an item is “Item in stock”, it means that there is at least one available for dispatch. If you have ordered some items which are not in stock, we normally dispatch your order when all items are available.
Payment
We will accept payment upon receipt of your order. We assume no liability if delivery of the goods is delayed due to the provision of incorrect payment details. If we are unable to obtain full payment for the goods when the order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and delivery.

Delivery
Products which can be ordered through our website are only available for delivery if you are located in our delivery area. We aim to dispatch all products purchased by you within the time frame stated on the shipping page.
We ask for your understanding with regard to delivery times.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to some event beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to inform you that the delivery date will need to be extended. We will not be liable for delays caused by such an event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If you request that your items be left unattended, this is at your own risk and we cannot refund you for items lost or damaged by weather.
