Return and Exchange Window

  • Standard Return Period: Customers have a period of 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return, starting from the date of receipt of the order.

Return and Exchange Responsibility and Fees

This policy clearly distinguishes between who is responsible for the return or exchange to clarify shipping cost responsibilities:

A. Store Responsibility (Free Returns/Exchanges)

If the responsibility for the exchange or return falls on our store, we will cover all shipping costs and collection fees for the additional merchandise. This applies to the following cases:

  1. Product Defect or Flaw: The product received has damage, a quality issue, or a functional defect.
  2. Shipping Error: The store sent the wrong product, size, or model.
  • Process: Please contact our customer service team via email. Upon confirming the issue, we will arrange for free collection.

B. Customer Responsibility (Customer Pays Shipping with Fee Cap)

In the following cases, the costs of the return or exchange (including shipping) will be borne by the customer. The return shipping fee will be calculated according to the following rules:

  1. Scope of Responsibility: Change of sizes or product, error on the part of the customer, or receiving a product of a different color than the one that appears on your screen (color variation due to manufacturer or monitor settings is the customer’s responsibility).
  2. Return Shipping Fee Standard:
    • The return fee will be based on the actual shipping charges of the customer’s local logistics company.
    • If the actual return fee is less than $20 USD, the customer will be charged the actual price.
    • If the actual return fee is more than $20 USD, the charge will be capped at $20 USD.

Return Address

  • Return addresses will be provided when contacting customer service. As different products may be shipped from different warehouses, you must contact customer service to obtain the correct return address before sending the merchandise back.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Once the refund is authorized and after agreement between the customer and the store, the process will be completed within 2 working days.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be made in the same manner in which the original payment was made (original payment method).
