1. Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- Order Cut-Off Time: The daily cut-off time for processing orders is 17:00 (5:00 PM) China Standard Time (CST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days from the time of receipt.
- Peak Season Notice: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons and major events (such as Black Friday, Christmas, World Cup, European Cup, or other significant sales periods). We highly recommend placing orders well in advance during these times.
- Special Gifts/Urgent Dates: If your order is intended as a gift for a specific date, please contact our customer service team before placing your order so we can advise you on the expected delivery timeframe.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge, provided it has not yet been shipped.
- Cancellation Exceptions: Orders containing the following items cannot be cancelled once placed, as they require pre-ordering or customization:
- Customized products
- Kits
- Private sale items
- Items requiring special ordering from suppliers

5. Delivery Time Calculation and Delays
- Transit Time Calculation: The delivery times provided above are estimated and calculated from the moment the package is received by the logistics company (transit time), and do not include the internal 3-5 business days required for order preparation and processing.
- Reference Only: Due to factors beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, customs delays, or traffic congestion), the estimated transit time is for reference only.
- Normal Delays: Occasional, minor delivery delays are normal and should be expected, especially during high-volume periods.
